Literature Text

Not precious diamonds, not the mightiest sword
shall dare outlive the message of this rhyme.
Your smile is better captured in a word
than paint which often chips and fades with time.
If petty quarrels test our harmonies
or larger conflicts tear us both apart,
no storm can touch the cherished memories
the proof of love embedded in your heart.
Against death and opposition, I'll stay true
and keep this through record by my pen.
'tis nothing greater than the thought of you
and readers see you as you've always been.
So, I will be with you 'till heaven arrive,
then poetry will keep us both alive.
Apart within-- true abstractions defy unified understanding.

Thank you very much, both of you thank you. The praise does not go unappreciated. :]
